These terms apply to all orders placed through thecardsmith.co.uk.

Who we are The Card Smith is operated by Richard Smith, trading as a sole trader from Worcester, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@thecardsmith.co.uk. 

Products We sell trading cards, including graded and raw/ungraded singles, sealed products, and related collectibles. Product images are for illustration; for graded cards, the exact card and certification number shown in the listing is the item you'll receive. Condition for raw/ungraded singles is described to the best of our judgement using standard grading terminology (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played), but this is subjective and not a substitute for professional authentication.

Pricing and payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) Payment is processed securely at checkout, we do not store your card details.

Order acceptance Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced in error). We'll confirm by email once your order is accepted.

Shipping See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.

Returns and cancellation See our Return & Refund Policy, which sets out your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our extended 30-day return window.

Authenticity We take care to ensure all graded cards are genuine and correctly represented. If you have concerns about the authenticity of an item you've received, contact us immediately at support@thecardsmith.co.uk before opening or altering any packaging or slab.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Except where required by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant item.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
