Shipping Policy

Dispatch times Orders are dispatched within  "1-2 business days" of payment being received, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery methods and costs We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, Special Delivery for high-value items]. Costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. 

Delivery times UK: typically "2-4 business days" after dispatch. Currently UK only.

High-value items Graded cards and items over £50 are sent using a tracked, signature-required service for your protection.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@thecardsmith.co.uk and we'll investigate with the courier.
